Relocate Submit Button for OP2's

Reason for the request: 99% of the inbound calls stating the client completed the OP2 but the requirement is still open is because the submit button wasn't clicked after the signatures. Can the system automatically ask the client if they would lik...

. I just got confirmation from underwriting; they look at the rate class on the IUL’s. What if we have a button in fast that shows: approved other than applied for. It’s just a simple way to show its not approved as applied for instead of a little digging. I could save 30 to 90 seconds over and over again. We could have a pop up or stored somewhere once a case is approved if the illustration came in with that case at submit.

Add guardrail for the agent code in the Delivery Instructions Tab

When adding a new address for the different agent code to mail the policy packet to have a guardrail to make sure the agent code is correct format. This way the CM can correct right away instead of waiting for notification through the error email.

One Stop Shop for Task Completion and adding Notes

I would really like to see the Add Notes option in the Task Details pop-up screen flow through to the More + Notes section of FAST. By doing this instead of going to More + Notes and adding a note then going over to the Tasks tab and completing th...

Approved Rate Class on Main Dashboard in Fast

The current process for locating the rate class in Fast is cumbersome. It requires several clicks and navigating through a dropdown menu, followed by waiting for a screen that takes a while to load. We need to make it available directly on the mai...

I know we have an issue reporting right now in fast. We have cases in our system we can consider “nigo”. It has to do with our new compliance rules with contracting, outstanding replacement information, and when holding for a signed illustration. I also know we do not know how many cases we have in house overall. If we do, there has to big some digging. I think we should set up a NIGO workflow. These cases will be in this workflow based of the requirement we add in fast. We might have to tweak the requirement a little bit, but that sounds like a good start. We talk about trying to improve sales and lower costs. Why not try to get cases who are placed in this workflow, be in the spotlight. Maybe we could find the average cost to have a policy in our system? It would be interesting to find out that dollar amount and see lower that number of cases that are costing us that empty amount. It would also help lower the average life span our polices that go through new business. Instead of 50 day( I think that is around correct) we can lower to 40ish days. It is just an idea, but I think it’s always productive to think outside the box.

guardrail for primary bene at issue

Need a hard stop guard rail when issuing case (placing inforce) to check for presence of a primary beneficiary in the system. If no primary bene present, present this message: No primary beneficiary present - must add one to place case inforce.

When updating the allocations in fast, we always get an error it does not equal 100%. When i am adding them new allocations I get the same error. Why can we only get that error if we try to save the allocations when it doesn't equal 100%
