Approved Rate Class on Main Dashboard in Fast

The current process for locating the rate class in Fast is cumbersome. It requires several clicks and navigating through a dropdown menu, followed by waiting for a screen that takes a while to load. We need to make it available directly on the main landing page for easier access.
