We would like FAST to convert role data (ex: name and address of all roles) to a common all cops format regardless of how it was input. This will provide consistently in how the date is display on correspondence and the policy.

Need the 'group queue' column added to the Tasks view. We need this so it doesn't look like a task has no owner for tasks that go to group queues. We have multiple tasks that are assigned to group queues (ex: Process replacement, APS requests).
