Adding Multiple Amendment/Endorsements at the same time

Will save some time in FAST if you can add multiple amendments/endorsements at the same time, instead of clicking Save & then go in & do Type & select statement again. It will be more efficient

OTEP QT - account type should

When the One Time EFT Payment auto-populates with banking information already on the file, it does not auto-populate the account type, just the account and routing number - the account type should auto-feed as well.

fast idea

when we send out an email from fast saying we need an unsigned illustration , why cant we have the link to the illustration software in the email. We could have the link on any email requesting an illustration.

Show if policy is IUL or Term in Task

Is there a way to have it list if it is a Term or IUL on the task tab like we do in CV or will we always have to go into the policy to see if it is Term or IUL

Need access to replacement update QT in all statuses

We need access to the 'Replacement - Update' QT in all statuses. Had recent example where case was declined but we had not yet processed replaced. We would still be obligated in this scenario to process replacement, it had to be done manually.

case issued date

Would like the 'Case Issued Date' field re-named to 'Policy Anniversary Date'. The word issued in this field will be very confusing as it does not match our current legacy use of word issued, or the FAST used of the word issued.
