reissue idea

I know we have had cases we had to reissue due to home office error. It can be human error along with system error. When that happens, we have to reissue and there is a possibility of phone tag or email tag with the agent to get it placed. What if we have a option to put a “flag” on this issued case. It could read home office error on the case. When the requirements come back in, they can be “tagged” and we can locate them in our tasks and process them quicker. It would also be a way to track these reissues down the road.
