When the search bar is used to access a case, when the search is submitted by clicking on the magnifying glass, the number should then clear out of the search field. It currently does not and this is a major pain point and causes potential for a user thinking they are in one case but are actually in a different case.

Need to update this - since our only way to 'refresh' a case is via the magnify glass in the search field - we would lose that ability if this field clears. So updating this suggestion to also include creating a separate stand-alone refresh butotn that is not connected to the seach field.
