Reduce pages sent in Edelivery packet for Illustrations-Only send signed ones

When we get the edel. packets back from IPIpeliine with signed illutrations the full packet comes back. Is there any reason that has to be? Can we just have Ipipeline send the signed pages since the illustration/print packet is there currently already. This would reduce labor cost of the review and I would imagine file size in storage. This idea is Zack Weiss’s.
