Bank Signature and Bank Name Should Not Be Payor's Name

Currently, when we receive EFT info from iPipeline, the payor's name populates in the Bank Signature / Bank Name on Billing Information and Case Banking. This does not caues issues w/ reporting or internal or external processing, but we do want this information to be accurate in the future.
