RSA | Relook at process

Our current process for RSA is not ideal. We have data that is collected on the application for beneficiaries but not entered in the system. It is then entered when the case goes in force through the RSA process. This process is so manual – it often results in errors. On the Client information page of CyberLife, there is a button to select to stop this letter, but it is a manual process. Even if just a zip code is changed this letter will generate if the checkbox is not selected. The only way to make this more streamlined or less manual would be to add automation to the process, build out the NB systems to allow more information on a per role basis to be stored so less manual intervention is needed. Maybe a full re-look at the RSA process is needed to see if it needs to continue to be in compliance.
