Agent Contracting Errors

How we want AML agent errors to function:

How they work today

Midland: AML will stop issue, but once a case is issued if the AML become expired the message will generate, but it’s forcible (meaning the case can be placed in force with the message present)

North American: agent error messages only generate prior to the case being issued, once the case is issued, no new agent errors will generate unless the case is taken out of the issued status. So even if AML becomes expired after a case is issued but before it’s placed in force, unless the case is taken out of the issued status, NB would receive no alert of this.

How we want them to work

If at any point while a case is in NB (so not placed in force yet, but could be in any open status), if the AML becomes expired, an alert should be received on the case, and this alert should stop issue if the case is not issued yet, and should stop it from being placed in force if it’s already issued.
