Can we please note that when we get to the point of establishing the process for automatic emails out of FAST and what happens when they are ‘undeliverable’ that the business is contacted and given the opportunity to give input. Right now our auto-email undeliverable process is all over the place in regards to what happens when the email is undeliverable, there is no email address for recipient present, the email address is invalid, or the ‘job’ for the auto-email fails. We would like to clear the slate and start fresh and make sure that the system processing is consistent for all the various types of auto emails.
