Illustration Process

Process illustration the same for MNL & NA

"When it comes time to discuss illustration process in FAST, I am very hopeful that we will have a process between MN and NA that is the same. Whether that means policy print illustrations go away for MN, or get added for NA – but it would just be really nice to have that process be the same. I know it would be a huge change for Midland, but changing Midland to match NA (where it’s required that the agent provide an illustration to issue) would avoid some issues on the MN side (issuing not as wanted, issued as a MEC in error, etc.)"
