When a file has dropped from the system, currently does not show in AURA. Have NB and UW status' match.
"We received the below RYH enhancement request for Aura Next to display a message for the UW when a policy has dropped from L70/LComm. Once in a while, the underwriter will reopen the file in Aura, not realizing that it’s since been dropped from the mainframe. Per the email below, Javay notes that there was supposed to be logic built in for a “case aged” transaction to be sent to Aura to notify the underwriter of these instances. She checked with Saradhi and he mentioned he is seeing a failed transaction for this, so that status is not making it to Aura so the underwriter would have not manually catch that it’s an aged case. For the most part I think they do a pretty good job in catching this, but I think once in a great while it may slip through.
I reached back out to Ashley and she felt this was happening maybe a couple times a month, and the effort from QSS was not very time consuming. In hearing that, we thought it would be beneficial to pass along for consideration with FAST to see if UWing and NB will have the same case status’s displaying, or if we’ll have to build in something for this purpose. I see a lot of underwriters re-opening old cases not realizing that they are dropped and unable to be re-opened. If cases will still be "dropped" within FAST can it be more clear to the UW within AURA?
