Add benefit decision to the Application Benefit QT

Business users' reference both the App Benefits tab in Coverages and the Application Benefits QT on what benefits are added to a case. It would be beneficial if the Decision(whether approved or declined) were also displayed on the Application Benefits QT for clarity.
