Current verbiage is: : ROP Death Benefit Option not allowed if rated Table E or higher, with a flat extra rating or over age 70. Desired verbiage is: ROP Death Benefit Option not available if PI is age 71 or higher AND case is rated Table E or higher or with a flat extra.
