Kansas TIA

Would like a task to generate anytime an EFT task or process check task is created on a case that is either signed in Kansas or the owner residence is KS. Task type/title should be: KS TIA Review - Payment Received (purpose of this task would be eliminate the manual work NB has to do now basically on every case we received EFT or money (check task) on- technically we have to just 'notice' if it is KS and take action accordingly. (in KS, if we get money or EFT with permission to draft on a pending case, we have to give TIA and just add a requirement for the missing TiA form (assuming it is not already on file).
