Since all application part 2 are the same for all state, why can we have enhancement in the AI. When we ask the agent to reask 19H, when typing in the 19H in the AI, it automatically populates the question they need to answer. There will no need to UW to type out the exact question the agent or mga needs to respond it. This can only work for the application part 2 since they are all the same.
