internal contracting error update

The current requirement in FAST titled: Internal Requirement for Contracting Error - is too long, and ideally would not start with the word 'Internal'. Since our default view of the requirements tab only shows the first about 10 characters or so of a requirement type - this requirement often gets missed as people thinks it's our 'internal NB' requirement. Can the title of the 'Requirement Type' be updated to: Contracting Error - Internal
