Attachment option for FAST emails

Would be beneficial to be able to attach documents, forms, to an email sent through FAST. Example, copy of special release for APS, an outstanding form/questionnaire. There is a paperclip in bottom right corner, not sure if that has an active function or not? Would be helpful to utilize that and attach form.
