Guardrails for agents on paper coded cases

On paper coded cases, there needs to be validation for the company being coded. If a North American plan is selected from the drop down, we need guardrails to only allow a North American agent code to be entered. And same for Midland.

We had an example recently of a Midland case being coded to a North American plan and the case had to be re-coded.
