I missed the PBA demo yesterday but in our huddle today, we were shown how the emails look in imaging after we respond to an agent. One thing I noticed was these emails go into the Underwriting category and are labeled the same as an email we send directly. We all know how many items could be in this Underwriting category and having to scroll/search, it would be nice if the PBA emails were in their own category and had 'PBA' in the document title so those are labeled differently and more easily to find.
