Received Close Out Date Suggestion from Kami Deppe:
"So maybe this won’t even be a thing in FAST depending on how the new system will work but wondering if there is a way to make it easier for the business to see when an application is expired or reaching the closeout date. (Or dropped – is that going to be a thing with FAST?)
I know that expired applications sometimes wouldn’t get caught when I was working production and we would accidentally issue with an expired app. Having a more visual reminder of the days until the case reaches the close out date might make it easier for the case manager to extend the case while working in the policy instead of letting the case hit the date and having a task create.
I’m thinking something on the main screen that would give a count down on the days until the case hits the close out date and one for when the application expires. Green if it’s good, turns yellow for days 1-10 and then goes red when it gets to zero or something like that?"
