Task Order in FAST UI Changed in March release

While testing in February the delivery documents received as open task all showed above the completed tasks. I noticed in March testing the open tasks were showing between completed tasks if received the same day. If all of the tasks were completed prior and new task create a following day, those tasks are now appearing below the completed tasks. I attached screenshots.
