The replacement company database, each company has a note section - when viewing that database in the Replacement Update QT we need the ability to see all the notes, and right now they are sometimes cut off because the field cannot be made big enough no matter how big you make the window. Therefore, we need an option to hover over this field and get a bubble that shows the full verbiage.
