Issue error when no cont. bene needs to be specific

Currently when a beneficiary relationship is missing, we get a generic error when trying to issue the case into force, the error states 'Issue failed'. We would like to request that the verbiage in the error be specific as to what is wrong. For example: Issue failed due to missing beneficiary relationship. We are not sure if this is the only reason why this generic error would generate - but the ask would be that all errors have specific verbiage about what the error is. When this is worked on by a project team, please reach out to The Business to obtain exact desired wording of error, but for the missing bene relationsihp error we know we want it to be: Issue failed due to missing beneficiary relationship. If possible - it would be ideal if the error could be specific and indicate if it's the pricipal or contingent bene relationship that is missing.
