Confirmation Message on Issue Case Button

New Business is suggesting that we have a confirmation message for an Issue Case button so that when we click the Issue Case button, we have to confirm yes or no since this is a button that cannot be stopped or easily changed without completing a reissue transaction. This has happened in Production where user clicked button on Issue when not intended to actually issue/place inforce.
