Would love to see a customer experience enhancement built into the new system. Creating an email notification opt in for customers who have selected COM/EFT payments would be a great step forward in creating an enhanced customer experience. If we could somehow send out auto emails to payors who are set up on ACH to let them know a draft is set to occur for XX date for $xxx would be a great way to cut back on negative customer experiences. If a client is on monthly COM, an auto email sent out 3 days prior to draft would be nice to see. If a client is set up on quarterly/semi-annual/annual COM, and email notification sent out 30 days prior to draft date would be a great enhancement. This would also help our LCC partners as hopefully the pro-active email would reduce the number of NSF or return payments as well as cut back on customer complaints about not knowing the EFT was happening.
