reinsurance

Reinsurance: in our current system there is a gap where if the UW does not process the reinsurance transaction exactly right the 'process reinsurance' task does not generate. The case then just sits there showing it's awaiting reinsurance but NB has never sent it because we didn't get a task. NB has a follow-up on reinsurance task, but it's triggered off the 'Process Reinsurance' task, not the reinsurance reply requirements. We need a follow-up to generate off the reinsurance reply requirements still being outstanding after a certain number of days.
