Default View For Case/Policy List

When completing blank searches for Case and Policy on the FAST main screen, in order to get to the list view to view the list and filter results, user needs to take multiple steps to get there. Can we change default view for CaseHdr when completing searches on FAST Main Screen. Screenshots attached and steps below are noted to get to the list view.

Steps:

  1. Make Search Criteria selection from Search Drop down (example: Case Number) and complete a blank search.

  2. Click Desktop icon to collapse "My Desktop View"

  3. Scroll to very bottom of page.

  4. Click List View Button

  5. View results and/or filter as needed.

    We most likely will not be utilizing the case/policy list in production. We will be searching by an individual case/policy based on what we are working on.

    Not aligning to a feature right now. Going to test and see as we get more production cases in.
