Add an 'X' to Close Out of Page When Viewing a Form Page in Policy Print UI

In legacy today when a form page is selected in Policy Print UI, the user as an option to close the window by clicking on a 'X' on the upper right hand side of the page or clicking outside of the page. In the FAST policy print UI, there is only the option to click outside of the form page to close the window. I think it would be beneficial to have the 'x' to close the form page as I think most users use the 'x'
