Streamline Imaging & The UI

We often run in to the UI loading VERY slowly, sometimes 15+ minutes, when there are multiple copies of the same form in the file or new illustrations uploaded. I think we can eliminate that by adding a column in imaging with check boxes that we click for all of the forms we need in the policy to send just the selected forms to the UI. Then in the UI we can rearrange pages as needed and eliminate that extra loading time.
