Please add name of Internal wholesaler with the UW/CM names

caseview currently displays the casemanager and UW assigned and the RSD/RVP. However, we are wanting to cc the IWs in on our pending issue communications. It would be extremely helpful if the IW who is assigned is also listed so we can cc them in without having to search to determine who this is on each case.
