Live case worker visual

Hello, I think case managers could benefit from knowing who is working on a case live. If there could be a visual somewhere showing who is working on a case at that moment it could help others not duplicate tasks/messages out to agents and clarify if someone is in the review process. This can help people on the phone know if someone is in the process of working on that case they pulled up. Thank you!
