Agent and RVP request to include the PDF of the form needed when requesting forms via AI, as opposed to agents having to log into the Midland site. They are often times on their phones retrieving emails, and it is not user friendly to have to log into the website, then pending business report to pull up and save/send the form to their clients. Having the form in the email as a PDF would be a huge win, and we are being told that several other carriers do this already.
