Adding a delivery receipt requirement for eDelivery (eDelivery is around 50% of the time)
Background: Today when a CM audits a policy in LComm, if it’s not a delivery receipt state, the requirement for the delivery receipt is automatically removed. For e-delivery, we need the receipt regardless of the state. What they see happening is CMs are forgetting to go back and add the requirement after doing an audit and then the receipt isn’t showing up as a requirement. Vicki was asking to add the delivery receipt requirement to every state specific case and also eDelivered case, HOWEVER there is not an eDelivery indicator in the system for PC, so we’d just need to be sure the delivery receipt is added as a requirement to every case, regardless if it’s a delivery receipt state or not to be sure they’re being obtained on eDelivery cases.
We will be starting a series of Policy Change features over the next several PI's and have included this request.
