On page 1 of the EFT form in payment option #1 there is a withdraw date the agents confuse quite a bit. They read it thinking that they already marked that we are ok to draft initial and so then input the next draft date in the withdrawal date field. This then prompts us to reach out via email or adding requirement for agent to advise if we are ok to draft and release the case, if they are wanting to change the policy date to that date input or if they are submitting the initial premium a different way. Maybe instead of withdrawal date maybe have it say requested day to draft each month. Or something along those lines.
