Auto Upsell approval communication- need to be able differentiate wording based on agent
The business needs the approval communication on upsell cases to be able to be differentiated based on agent. For example - for First Command agents the 48 hour verbiage should not be included.
Closing as business agreed that wording would be the same across agents/company
