amendment for where OP2 is signed

The team has requested an option they can select from to amend the acknowledgement questions on the OP2 - they indicate where the OP2 was signed and that it was completed by the insured. We would need the option to amend both, or one or the other. We have advised that this will not be moved forward in legacy system, but that we can ask for it in FAST.
