Requirements | Unable to Tell If Form is Approval, Issue, or Delivery Requirement

If a form requirement is added in FAST, it does not show if the form is an approval, issue, or delivery requirement. The requirement type shows as 'Forms'. In Caseview today, it shows if the requirement is an approval, issue, or delivery requirement. Is there a way to tell look at the requirement and tell if it is an approval, issue, or delivery requirement?
