Punctuation in client name

Based on requests from the tax team - we would like stops in FAST for certain punctuation in a client's name (all roles). Example: if a date is listed in a client's name (title of trust often includes date) the date should be listed with hyphens versus forward slash. 1-1-99 is correct, 1/1/99 is not. Certain punctuation can cause issues with mail and IRS forms. For example, the IRS will reject a 1099 that has any special character other than a hyphen and the & sign. For tax reporting out of FAST (this would be on the inforce side) for punctuation that is present that the IRS will not accept (ex: apostrophe) we would like FAST to convert that when generating tax forms. It should remove the unacceptable punctuation (note - it cannot replace it with a space, that is what current system does and that is not acceptable to IRS either - has to just remove unacceptable punctuation). Example: it should convert O'Hara to OHara.
