Change to QT - Receive error message when update does not flow over

Examples 1: When user is changing the plan years, and a year is selected outside of the allowable age range, have an error message populate stating the Insured is too old for the plan year selected.

Currently(9/8/22), when a user selects a plan year outside of the age range, no error message populates, however, the year does not update on the main page or coverage tab.

Example 2: Was regression testing changing plan to NA Addvantage. The system looked like it took but after refreshing the case, the plan did not update on the main screen or in the coverage section.
