Primary Insured - Update Quick Transaction

When some updates are made to "Primary Insured - Update" QT, they carry to each PI/Owner/Payor role on the roles tab when parties are all the same person, but these changes do not carry to the "Owner - Update" and "Payor - Update" quick transactions. Added to AHA Idea board.
